KLL 2018 Registration

Registration is open for KLL 2018!

Deadline for Registration is Thursday, February 15th.

This form must be filled out seperately for each child being registered.

We are excited to announce that both the Junior League and Senior League are playing baseball this season, a change we know will add excitement and competitiveness to an already amazing league!

Opening Day for KLL 2018 will hopefully take place on March 26th, a decision to be finalized soon. In order to ensure that every player recieves a jersey, cap, and pants in the correct size, we will be holding an Kickoff Event at the RJC on Opening Day where players will receive jerseys and other equipment in an orderly fashion.

For those new to KLL, or for any who need a refersher, here are a few Need to Knows about KLL:

  • The Junior League (JL) is for children in grades 3-5
  • The Senior League (SL) is for children in grades 6-8
  • All KLL games are played on either Sunday afternoons or Tuesday Evenings
  • JL Games are usually on Sundays at 1:30 PM or on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
  • SL Games are usually on Sundays at 3:30 PM or on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
  • Practices are scheduled by coaches in conjunction with the parents of that team, not by KLL. Some coaches and parents find the best time on Sunday mornings, others on weekday evenings. Your child's coach will reach out regarding scheduling once teams have been finalized.
  • Every player who is new to their league (including all 3rd and 6th graders) must attend an evaluation session at the RJC on one of the dates found below. KLL teams are made with an eye towards fairness and balance, so we need to try our best to fairly evaluate new players. THIS IS NOT A TRYOUT. SPOTS ARE RESERVED ON A FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED BASIS, REGARDLESS OF TALENT OR ABILITY.
  • Unfortunately, we may be forced to turn away registrations or rescind acceptances if team sizes are not compatible with the number of registrations or if the league reaches capacity.

If you have any questions at any time please email rjcyouthdirectors@gmail.com!

Looking forward to a great season!

This information will be used to try to place children from further communities together so parents can carpool.

This number will be used in case of an emergency at the field.

This will be the backup number called during an emergency if the first phone number cannot be reached.

Only answer this question if your child is new to his league: All 3rd and 6th Graders, or any other player who has not played in his league before. All 6th graders must be evaluated even if they played in the JL before.

Your child is only a Youth Club member if you signed up for Youth Club membership during Fall 2017 or if when you pay RJC membership dues, you select for your child to be a Youth Member.

BEING AN RJC MEMBER DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY ENROLL YOUR CHILD IN YOUTH MEMBERSHIP.
